Ownership and operator

MyCrudeStore.com, its associated subdomains, storefronts, services, and messaging programs are owned and operated by RPS Manufacturing Solutions, also referred to as RPS Solutions or RPS. MyCrudeStore is a service and brand operated by RPS Manufacturing Solutions and is not a separate legal entity.

In these terms, “MyCrudeStore,” “RPS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RPS Manufacturing Solutions and the MyCrudeStore services it operates unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

MyCrudeStore Shipping Updates

1. Program description. MyCrudeStore Shipping Updates provides transactional shipment and delivery text messages for orders placed through MyCrudeStore. Messages may include shipping confirmation and tracking information, delivery-status updates, out-for-delivery notices, delivery confirmations, and shipment exception or delay notices. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
2. Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to a program message. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from this SMS program. If you later want to participate again, opt in again through an available MyCrudeStore enrollment method.
3. Help and support. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact customerservice@rps-solutions.com.
4. Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on shipment and delivery activity. Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Privacy. Please read the MyCrudeStore Privacy Policy, including the mobile and SMS privacy section.

Consent

SMS consent is collected separately where MyCrudeStore Shipping Updates is offered. Accepting these Terms & Conditions does not itself enroll you in SMS. By affirmatively opting in through the separate SMS consent method, you authorize RPS Manufacturing Solutions, operating MyCrudeStore, and service providers acting on its behalf to send shipment and delivery text messages to the mobile number you provide.

Participation is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Messaging consent applies to this shipping and delivery notification program and does not constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages.

Eligibility and availability

The messaging program is available only where offered by a participating MyCrudeStore storefront. Message delivery is subject to wireless service availability, carrier support, and the accuracy of the mobile number provided.

Use of MyCrudeStore

MyCrudeStore storefronts are configured for participating employers and other program sponsors. Products, allowances, payment methods, eligibility, approvals, replacement rules, and other program features may vary by organization. Users are responsible for providing accurate account, ordering, sizing, shipping, and contact information when using the service.

Access to a company storefront may be limited to eligible employees, contractors, customers, or other authorized users. Your employer or program sponsor may control or provide certain account attributes, eligibility information, and program rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued participation in an applicable program after an update means the updated terms will apply to future use or program messages as permitted by law.
