Ownership and operator
MyCrudeStore.com, its associated subdomains, storefronts, services, and messaging programs are owned and operated by RPS Manufacturing Solutions, also referred to as RPS Solutions or RPS. MyCrudeStore is a service and brand operated by RPS Manufacturing Solutions and is not a separate legal entity.
In these terms, “MyCrudeStore,” “RPS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RPS Manufacturing Solutions and the MyCrudeStore services it operates, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
MyCrudeStore Order & Shipping Alerts
- Program description. MyCrudeStore Order & Shipping Alerts provides transactional text messages related to your account or order, including order confirmations, fulfillment updates, shipment tracking, out-for-delivery notices, delivery notifications, service notices, and support-related messages.
- Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” in reply to a program message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- Help and support. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at customerservice@rps-solutions.com.
- Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message frequency and charges. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your account, order, shipment, and delivery activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.
Consent
By opting in, you authorize MyCrudeStore and its service providers to send transactional text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Eligibility and availability
The program is available only where offered by a participating MyCrudeStore program. Message delivery is subject to wireless service availability, carrier support, and the accuracy of the mobile number provided.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued participation after an update means the updated terms will apply to future program messages.
