What this program sends
MyCrudeStore Shipping Updates is used only for transactional shipment and delivery notifications. Depending on the status of an order, messages may include shipping confirmation and tracking information, delivery-status updates, out-for-delivery notices, delivery confirmations, and shipment exception or delay notices.
This program does not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How users opt in
MyCrudeStore company storefronts are authenticated. Where Shipping Updates is offered, users can choose to opt in through either of two signed-in locations:
Checkout
A separate optional SMS consent checkbox is shown with the order/contact information. The checkbox is unchecked by default. The user must actively select it to opt in and may complete checkout without selecting it.
My Account
Signed-in users can also enable or manage the same SMS preference from their My Account page. The preference must be affirmatively enabled by the user.
Same consent
Both locations use the same underlying SMS preference and the same program disclosure. SMS participation is optional and separate from accepting general Terms & Conditions.

This public page documents the program and does not enroll visitors in SMS. Enrollment occurs only through a participating authenticated MyCrudeStore storefront where the program is offered.

Mobile privacy
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers acting on our behalf may process mobile information only as necessary to operate the messaging program and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
