Scope and ownership

MyCrudeStore.com, its associated subdomains, company storefronts, account and ordering functions, and related programs are owned and operated by RPS Manufacturing Solutions, also referred to as RPS Solutions or RPS. MyCrudeStore is a service and brand operated by RPS Manufacturing Solutions and is not a separate legal entity.

In this policy, “MyCrudeStore,” “RPS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RPS Manufacturing Solutions and the MyCrudeStore services it operates unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. A participating employer or program sponsor may also maintain its own privacy practices for information it provides to us.

Information we collect

Depending on the storefront and program, we may collect:

• Account information, including name, email address, username, employee or customer identifier, company, work location, department, group, position, or other program attributes.
• Contact and delivery information, including phone number, shipping address, and delivery details.
• Order and transaction information, including products, sizes, order totals, allowance activity, payment status, approvals, shipment status, and order history.
• Messaging information, including mobile number, enrollment status, messaging consent records, opt-out requests, message delivery status, and replies when a messaging program is enabled.
• Device and website information, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies, and similar technical information used to operate and secure the service.
• Support information that you provide when requesting assistance.

How we use information

We may use information to create and maintain accounts; provide the correct company catalog, allowance, pricing, approval, and ordering experience; process and support orders; communicate about accounts, orders, shipping, delivery, or service issues; respond to support requests; detect misuse or security incidents; maintain records; comply with legal obligations; and improve service performance and reliability.

Mobile and SMS privacy

When you opt in to MyCrudeStore Shipping Updates, we use your mobile number and messaging consent information to provide shipment and delivery notifications for MyCrudeStore orders. This messaging program is transactional and is not used to send marketing or promotional messages.

Service providers acting on our behalf may process mobile information only as necessary to operate the messaging program. They are not permitted to use mobile information or messaging consent data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may retain records of consent and opt-out requests as needed to honor your preferences and maintain compliance records.

How we disclose information

Text messaging originator opt-in data, messaging consent, and mobile phone information are excluded from marketing or promotional sharing. Such information may be processed by service providers only as necessary to operate the messaging program.

We do not sell personal information for money.

Cookies and similar technologies

MyCrudeStore may use necessary cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, secure accounts, support shopping-cart functions, and understand website performance. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent some storefront functions from working correctly.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, fulfill orders, support participating programs, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may update certain account details through your storefront or by contacting customer service. Depending on your location and the nature of the request, you may also ask to access, correct, or delete certain information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required for order records, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or other legitimate business purposes.

Children’s privacy

MyCrudeStore is designed for employer-sponsored and business-related programs and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the public website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, a participating storefront, or another appropriate method.
