Get the work gear you need without the runaround.
Your company’s MyCrudeStore gives you one place to find approved workwear, PPE, boots, gloves, uniforms, and other items included in your employee program.

Login, missing allowance, wrong information, size changes, exchanges, and order help.
Start with the link your company gave you.
MyCrudeStore hosts separate private storefronts for participating employers. Your company link connects you to the correct products, pricing, account, and program rules.
Open your company’s private link
Check onboarding materials, HR emails, your company portal, safety documents, or ask your supervisor or program administrator.
Sign in with your assigned account
Your username, password, employee ID, or company sign-in method depends on the program configured by your employer.
Make sure the store looks right
You should see the products and account information assigned to your company and employee group.
Ask your supervisor, HR team, safety coordinator, purchasing contact, or company program administrator. The public homepage cannot determine your employer automatically.
Your employer controls your program.
Some MyCrudeStore programs use allowances, item limits, recurring balances, or a combination of payment methods.
Your balance may depend on your role or group
Eligibility can vary by position, location, department, hire date, rig, division, or another employee attribute supplied by your employer.
Reset dates are company-specific
Some balances renew on a schedule while others are issued for a one-time event, new hire, safety requirement, or recognition program.
A missing balance may require employer confirmation
RPS can review your account, but some allowance changes must be approved or supplied by your company’s program administrator.
Check the details that are hardest to fix later.
Confirm the product is the one you need
Your store shows the items approved by your employer. Brands, styles, colors, and replacement rules may differ from another company’s store.
Review the size information
Check the product’s available sizing before submitting your order, especially for coveralls, pants, boots, and fitted PPE.
Verify your shipping address
Pay special attention when sending gear to a jobsite, rig, office, warehouse, or a home address that may have changed.
Review your allowance or payment choice
Your company may allow an allowance, purchase order, company-paid program, credit card, or a combination.
What to do when something doesn’t look right.
I cannot log in or forgot my password.
Use the password-recovery option shown on your company store if available. If it does not work, contact customer service and include your company name and employee information.
My allowance is missing.
Customer service can review your account. Because allowance eligibility comes from your employer’s program, your company may need to confirm or authorize a correction.
I see the wrong products or company information.
Contact customer service before ordering. Include your company name and describe what appears incorrect so the account or group assignment can be reviewed.
I ordered the wrong size or need an exchange.
Contact customer service with your company name, order number, item, and requested size. Exchange eligibility can depend on the product and your company’s program.
My name, location, employee ID, or other profile information is wrong.
Contact customer service and your employer’s program administrator. Some profile data may need to be corrected in a roster or employee system maintained by your company.
